Initial Production Checking Service (IPC)

Initial Production Check (IPC) is an on-site product inspection of raw materials and the components prior to production, up until 20% has been completed. As per the master samples provided, we will verify if correct materials, components and accessories have been ordered by the factory to your specifications. In an IPC, we will also randomly select and inspect a sample of partially produced products for potential defects, then report our findings to you. An IPC is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product will be consistent throughout production. It is an early-warning system that safeguards your product against costly import risks.

An Initial Production Inspection is helpful to fix below issues possibly you met with before:

1. Wrong materials or components are used on your products.

2. Products don't comply with the product specifications are produced while it is too late when the problems are found before shipping.

3. The quality of your products is not consistent throughout production.

Below items will be conducted in IPC:

1. Verify if correct materials, components and accessories have been ordered by the factory to your specifications.

2. Inspect a sample of partially produced products for potential defects.

3. Verify the production plan.

4. Other specified requirements from you.

5. The inspection report with full information and photos will be emailed to you within 12 hours.

6. Improvement of your sourcing efficiency.
